Quinoa veggie stir-fry is one of my favorite stir-fry's. It so versatile, you can add any vegetables you like and it's amazing.
In a hot fry pan or wok, add 1tsp of Sesame Oil, onion, garlic and ginger root and cook till onion is translucent. Add carrots cook for 3 minutes add broccoli, snowpeas and spinach cook for 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper to taste.
