I just love pesto sauce. Pesto is great on everything type of pasta dish. But what I don't want is milk or butter. Sometimes we don't have all the ingredients in our pantry when we decide to make pesto. So this is my version of a Creamy Pesto Sauce. Hope you enjoy it.
There's one dish that I truly missed while being Vegan. I love, love Lasagna and it's filling satisfying flavor and textures. I've tried several recipes and I adapted a few versions I found to my tastes. Everyone in my family just loved it and gobbled it up. Also it's cooked in a crock pot! What a time saver!!!

As a Vegan, I do miss Omelets but with this wonderful plant-based product I don't feel left out any longer!
