Instead of rice in your stir-fry try using Spaghetti. I like to use thin or angel hair pasta. I also have used organic soba noodles.
In a large fry pan or wok, add sesame oil to heated pan. Brown onion and garlic cook until onion is translucent. add in all veggies, salt and pepper cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
